Refund policy
1. All Sales Are Final
All artworks sold by Studio Maya are final sale. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of artworks, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
2. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind
-
Personal preference
-
Perceived differences in color, scale, or texture

Minor variations inherent to handmade or original artworks
Buyers are responsible for reviewing all artwork details, images, dimensions, and descriptions before purchasing.
3. Damaged or Defective Artworks
Refunds or replacements are only considered if the artwork arrives significantly damaged.
To qualify:

The buyer must notify Studio Maya within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photo and/or video documentation of:

The damaged artwork
-
The original packaging
-
-
The artwork must remain unused and in its original condition
Failure to report damage within this period voids eligibility.
4. Shipping-Related Issues
Studio Maya carefully packages all artworks. Once the artwork is handed over to the courier:

Studio Maya is not responsible for delays, losses, or mishandling caused by shipping providers

Claims related to shipping damage may be redirected to the courier when applicable
5. Refund Method
If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Processing time is 7–14 business days after approval
6. Custom, Commissioned, and Sale Items
The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
