3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Studio Maya uses reputable third-party couriers. Carrier selection is at Studio Maya’s discretion based on destination, size, and value of the artwork.

Once shipped:

  • Tracking information will be provided when available

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or quoted separately

  • Fees depend on destination, size, weight, insurance, and handling requirements

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


5. Packaging & Handling

All artworks are:

  • Professionally packed using protective materials

  • Handled with care to minimize risk of damage during transit

Despite best efforts, Studio Maya cannot guarantee against damage caused by courier handling.


6. Risk of Loss & Transfer of Responsibility

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the artwork is handed over to the courier.

Studio Maya is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays

  • Lost packages

  • Damage caused during transit

Any approved claims will be handled according to the Return & Refund Policy.


7. Insurance

  • Shipping insurance may be included or offered at checkout, depending on destination and value

  • If insurance is declined by the buyer, Studio Maya bears no responsibility for loss or damage during transit


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Buyers are solely responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees

  • Studio Maya has no control over customs processing times or regulations

  • Failure to pay customs charges resulting in return or loss of the artwork does not qualify for a refund


9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Studio Maya is not liable for:

  • Delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts or unclaimed packages

Additional shipping costs incurred will be charged to the buyer.


10. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete when:

  • The courier confirms delivery, or

  • The shipment is marked as delivered by the courier

Studio Maya is not responsible for theft or loss after confirmed delivery.
