By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Studio Maya, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use this site or complete a purchase.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to make a purchase from Studio Maya.

2. Nature of Artworks

All artworks sold by Studio Maya are:

  • Original works, limited editions, or clearly identified reproductions

  • Subject to natural variations in color, texture, and material

  • Presented as accurately as possible, but screen displays may differ

Such variations do not constitute defects.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed in [insert currency]

  • Full payment is required before an order is confirmed

  • Studio Maya reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors

Once payment is completed, the sale is considered final, subject only to the Damage Policy stated below.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Studio Maya is not responsible for courier delays, customs processing, or force majeure events

  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the artwork is handed over to the courier

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Damage Upon Arrival

In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged:

  • The buyer must notify Studio Maya within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photo and/or video evidence of the artwork and packaging is required

  • Failure to comply voids any claim

Approved cases are handled in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.

6. No Returns / No Exchanges

Except for verified shipping damage:

  • All sales are final

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed

  • Custom, commissioned, discounted, and sale artworks are strictly non-refundable

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including artworks, images, text, logos, and branding—is the exclusive intellectual property of Studio Maya or the represented artist.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or modify any artwork or content

  • Use images for commercial purposes without written permission

Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright unless explicitly stated in writing.

8. Resale and Reproduction

Buyers may not:

  • Produce reproductions or derivatives

  • Use artworks for commercial or promotional purposes

Resale is permitted only of the physical artwork itself and does not include any reproduction rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

Studio Maya shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, emotional distress, or perceived value loss

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the artwork.

10. Force Majeure

Studio Maya is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Country / Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Amendments
